Our comfortable apartment B consists of one bedroom ( directing to the quiet inner courtyard), livingroom with kitchen and bathroom. The size is about 53 sqm. Up to 3 people can fit in. It is located in a really nice neighbourhood with lots of shops, bars and restaurants around. Most important sights are in walking distance. The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a multi-family house. There is an elevator available. A tram station is right next to the apartment. It takes you about 10 minutes by foot to reach the pedestrian zone or 5 minutes to get to the train station.

Check-in time is at 3 p.m. (or like agreed on the booking confirmation)
Check-out time is at 10:30 a.m.
The total amount of money needs to be payed in cash the latest at the day of your arrival.
The apartments get rented fully equipped (household effects and bed linen).
During your stay only the amount of people confirmed on the booking confirmation are allowed to stay at the apartment.
