Our comfortable apartment A consists of one bedroom, one livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony. The size is about 68 sqm. Up to 4 people can fit in. It is located in a quiet but very central neighbourhood. The sourrounding is very green and you got a little park right in front of the apartment. It is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Therefore it is not useable for handicaped people. Most important sights are close by. It takes you about 15 minutes by foot to reach the pedestrian zone or 10 minutes to get to the train station. There is a tram station in one minute walking distance.
Our comfortable apartment B consists of one bedroom ( directing to the quiet inner courtyard), livingroom with kitchen and bathroom. The size is about 53 sqm. Up to 3 people can fit in. It is located in a really nice neighbourhood with lots of shops, bars and restaurants around. Most important sights are in walking distance. The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a multi-family house. There is an elevator available. A tram station is right next to the apartment. It takes you about 10 minutes by foot to reach the pedestrian zone or 5 minutes to get to the train station.
